Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. We're not shipping internationally yet, but we're working on it.

Pre-sale orders

Sarang Seoul Heat is available as a pre-sale starting October 1st. Pre-sale orders are charged when you place them and ship starting November 1st. We'll email you a tracking link the moment your order moves.

Order processing

Once we're shipping, in-stock orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on a weekend go out the next business day.

Shipping options and cost

Available shipping methods and their cost are shown at checkout before you pay, based on your address and the size of your order.

Tracking your order

You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships. If tracking hasn't updated within a few days of that email, contact us and we'll look into it.

Address changes

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If something's wrong, email hello@sarangsnacks.com right away. We can usually fix it before a package leaves, but once it ships we can't reroute it.

Storage

Our chips are shelf-stable, so they ship year-round and don't need cold packs. Store them somewhere cool and dry, and eat them fast.
