Text Message (SMS) Terms

By opting in to Sarang Snacks text messages, you agree to these terms.

1. The program. Sarang Snacks sends recurring marketing and informational text messages (for example early access, launch updates, and offers) to the phone number you provide, sent via autodialer or similar technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

2. Message frequency varies, typically no more than a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

3. Opt out any time. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you text STOP, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out. You can also opt out by any other reasonable means, including emailing hello@sarangsnacks.com.

4. Help. Reply HELP to any message or email hello@sarangsnacks.com.

5. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older, or have parental consent, and be the subscriber or customary user of the phone number provided.

6. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may suspend or end the program, or change these terms, at any time; material changes will be posted on this page.

7. Privacy. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number.
